One full bath on second floor and half-bath on first. Enormous kitchen, 9x18, with lots of cupboards and counter space with ceramic tiled floor. First floor living room, 13x18, with hardwood floor. Full basement with washer and dryer, and large storage room. Basement family room is 13x17, that could easily be used as a fourth living space for one other person. If you have some furnishings we will make room for them as space permits. Sorry NO Pets allowed, but plants welcome.
Location on Pratt, close to Ashland, Clark, Broadway and Sheridan Road in Rogers Park in the 60626 zip zone. Close to Red Line, Metra so there is public transportation by express bus or train or the Chicago L very close by that goes to downtown Chicago or to the nearby suburbs. Check Googlemaps (use 6738 N Sheridan Rd, IL 60626 for google purposes)to see if this location is convenient for you. Being close to Loyola and 3 miles south of Northwestern University in Evanston the area has a very real college town type atmosphere with tons of college and graduate degree aged students wandering around the area at the local coffee houses, pubs and dining spots too but is located in the heart of a unique Chicago neighborhood. A Starbucks is two blocks away as well as a very comfortable place called Ennui both on Sheridan Road.On street parking is readily available if you have a car.

Perfect for grad students, a couple of friends, or those new to this part of town. Temporary stay is negotiable. You must be inherently clean, quiet, professional, responsible, considerate of others, willing and able to pay rent on a timely basis and cooperative by nature. Rent will be $500 (if 3) to $600 (if just two) per roommate (or even less if there is a fourth camped out in the basement) includes some sharing of electric, gas, land-line phone and internet connection.
Primary current tenant is female, 30s, quiet, professional, friendly, sophisticated and fun who has permission from landlord to attempt to create a sustainable cooperative min-community and pay the very helpful and considerate landlord rent in the process.
