Hi, I live in a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment near rush and division and
the second bedroom is available for rent. The apartment is blocks away
from tons of clubs/bars, mich avenue shopping, the beach, and buses
and redline el stop. Its a short cab ride from Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville,
and Downtown. The apt is already fully furnished with internet
access and could be ideal for someone new in town.
Rent is negotiable depending on timing and compatibility factors. I
would prefer someone in their 20s, who is very social and loves to go
out and have fun. I tend to go out often and can have many late nights
so I would prefer someone who is similar.
Please tell me about yourself in terms of work/school, social life, or
any other relevant roommate info. If you have a social portal/myspace
page or pic where I can learn more about you and match a face with your
name that would help as well.
