Newspaper Services of America (NSA Media) is the largest print media planning and buying agency in the U.S.We work with some of the nation’s top advertisers.We are seeking Entry-level Placement Coordinators with a strong attention to detail and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
-Execute accurate entry of all media insertion orders
-Quickly identify problems and take corrective action
-Resolve billing and shipping discrepancies/issues
-Maintain and update Placement database
-Manage internal, vendor and client relationships
-Assist team in accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines
-No sales or cold calling
Requirements:
-Entry-level position; previous experience at an agency, newspaper or professional services company is a plus but not required
-Strong Microsoft Excel are essential
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Order entry and customer service experience a plus
