We are currently seeking an Amusements Manager to provide overall supervision in order to:

Ensure the set-up, maintenance and repair of all Amusement equipment
Hire, train, retain and develop promotable technical staff
Contribute to financial results in the Midway (drive Amusement revenue and control costs)
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all D&B guests and staff.
Acquire parts for games from new or existing sources
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to the component level
Follow up on all equipment maintenance and repair
Negotiate with vendors for most cost effective repair solutions
Interview and extend offers to tech staff
Supervise the administration of the tech staff training program as documented; supervise the development
of certified tech trainers
Oversee the administration and execution of the MIT training program.
Ensure that the Tech Master Schedule is up to date and accurate.
Write the amusement manager and supervise the completion of the tech staff schedule to optimize technical coverage for games, staff development and profitability
Ensure the creation of Master Schedules on a monthly basis
Ensure the execution of hourly evaluations and one on one's
Make wage increase and termination recommendations to General Manager as needed
Meet weekly with the General Manager to keep him/her informed about amusement operations
Participate in weekly store manager's meetings to keep store managers informed about amusement operations and to stay current on general store operations
Conduct tech staff performance evaluations quarterly
Execute all employee recognition and incentive programs as documented
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner (inventory, corp.order, etc.)
Maintain systems which insure overall financial responsibility for games, parts, chip inventory, etc.
Communicate regularly with staff members and WHQ (World Headquarters) using all available communications tools (Redbook, shift reports, etc.)

To review the departmental schedule to insure fairness and to optimize guest coverage, staff development
and profitability
Make wage increase and termination recommendations as needed
Interact with General Manager, Regional Amusement Manager and WHQ staff to identify and resolve store problems as needed
Communicate weekly with the Regional Amusement Manager regarding amusement operations
Oversee the execution of store safety and security programs
Properly document and dispose of outdated equipment by arranging for transportation
Communicate, implement and follow up on all changes to D&B amusement systems and procedures
Proactively support the building maintenance and repair plan with the General Manager without compromising technical support for amusements
Manage budgets for amusement labor, supplies, repair and maintenance and freight expenses
High school graduate or equivalent with minimum two years of technical training or three to five years of previous related experience
Excellent management, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to plan; ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent technical skills.
Self-reliant and resourceful.
Security/safety conscious.
Must be available on an on-call basis.
