Currently seeking customer service professionals to fill a call center representative position at a Global 1000 manufacturing company located in Mt. Prospect.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking 60 to 70 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Maintaining correspondence through e-mail with Fortune 500 clients
Reqiurements:
- 2 to 3 years experience in a call center environment
- Solid work history
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be extremely articulate and professional
- Good attitude
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
