Our client, an in-house law department of north suburban Corporation, is seeking a Corporate & Securities paralegal with five+ years of experience.Ideal candidate will have experience with preparation of Section 16 filing, and drafting and filing SEC forms such as 8-K and 10-K. This position has the primary responsibility for due diligence and documentation and filing of SEC and NYSE filings.
