We are an Advertising + Creative Staffing Agency looking to bring aboard a new Creative Recruiter to be part of our Chicago team.
WHAT WE DO:
We work with the top advertising agencies, publishing houses, marketing companies and creative corporations in the Chicago area and assist them in their recruiting/staffing efforts for freelance and/or full time positions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
·5-7 years of advertising agency, design studio, publishing, project management and/or marketing experience, (MANDATORY!! No seriously, it is mandatory)
·Strong understanding of the creative process in all mediums, especially print and web.
·Passion for the advertising/marketing/creative/design industry
·Great sense of humor
·High energy personality with incredible multi-tasking ability
·Smarts
·Strong project management/trafficking and client management skills
·Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends
·Love and need for a fast paced environment

We have offices across the United States in the strongest advertising and creative markets across the country…Hollywood, Big Apple, Microbucks, Golden Gate, and Windy City.

WHEN WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE:
Business is booming and the need is immediate! However, we are looking for the right candidate, not just “a” candidate. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will work hand in hand with our Account Executives and other Recruiters in sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing portfolios and resumes of highly talented advertising and creative professionals and placing them at job opportunities with our clients. Bring your project management/trafficking talents, your insane ability to communicate calmly and clearly in the worst of situations and a wicked sense of humor. Trust us, you will use it all… daily!
