DVD Duplicator - Not Copying -

Looking to get my dvd duplicator fixed. I have tried replacing the controller card but still the same issue. It suppose to make 10 copies but fails 9 and burns 1. If you could help, please email me. I will pay for replacement parts and fair labor costs.
