Design Advertising before May 1st & proof webdesign -

I have 2 tasks:
1)I need banner ads, card ads and print ads designed by May 1st.See website couplestop.com (underconstruction).
Here is what I need:
Print: 6"x5.5" PDF Format
Card: 11"x46.5" (Live 10 1/8" x 44 3/4")
Online:
Leaderboard: 728x90
Skyscraper: 160x600
Cube: 300x250
Masthead: 120x60

2) Once the website is complete, I need a designer to go through it and double check my designers work.Look for errors, mistakes, etc.
