We are a small, communication firm specializing in legal consulting. Our office is located at Michigan Avenue & Wacker Drive.
We are currently seeking a part-time technical support specialist to take charge of daily Help Desk issues and routine network administration. The successful candidate should be familiar with the following:
1.PC Hardware Troubleshooting (Install / Support)
2.MS Network Administration (Active Directory)
3.MS Exchange (Monitor / Reboot / Troubleshoot)
4.Print Server
5.Phone systems (basic knowledge)
6.Electronic communication administration (e.g. cell phones, Blackberry)
7.Linux a plus
8.Database (SQL) a plus
This is a part-time position. We are open to working with you on a mutually beneficial schedule.
