The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews a non-profit organization dedicate to promoting understanding and cooperation between Jews and Christians is seeking a Full-time bilingual Donor Relations Associate to handle donor inquires, accepting donations, and researching and resolving donor questions, concerns, requests and special gifts from calls or correspondence.
We require that you have a professional customer friendly voice, bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a 2 plus years of relevant work experience in a customer service field.
The Donor Relations Associate is responsible for handling all donor interactions with the utmost show of concern and professionalism and will take appropriate and proactive steps to provide a timely response to donor concerns and requests. This person must demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the organization and display personal and cultural sensitivity to both the Jewish and Christian communities and a broad understanding of the Evangelical Christian community.
