EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED - $20,000/Year
We are looking for an Experienced and Energetic Customer Focused individual with an excellent telephone manner that can work from home as a Salaried Employee handling inbound New Client Inquiries with Speed, Accuracy, and a Big Smile :)
Customer Service Representative will be dedicated to providing quality customer service by providing prompt, accurate, friendly and complete responses to incoming telephone inquiries in an ACD call center environment.
Duties will include:
•Effectively Handling Client Inquiries (Phone, E-Mail, and Fax)
•Gathering data from clients
•Entering information into our internal database
•Researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls
•Making scheduled follow-up calls to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
•Assisting the management team in day-to-day operations with occasional tasks and projects
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 Years Experience
•Ability to handle multiple Phone Calls and E-Mails
•Excellent computer skills
•Excellent Organizational Skills and Excellent Communications Skills and Upbeat Phone Voice
•Must be Service Oriented and be comfortable on the phone
•Detail-Oriented and Meticulous
•Must be independent and reliable to work with minimal supervision
•Reliable, quiet and professional work environment with computer, high speed internet access, printer
•Must be able to work 9 Hours per day, with a 1 Hour Lunch Break
Must be available to start Immediately. This is a Full Time position. Pease do not apply if you are currently employed elsewhere.
