Data Consultant - The primary responsibilities will be to internally support the firm’s consulting operations and support the consultants in technical matters relating to MarketPay, applications, Visual Basic programming, and systems. Also responsible for on-demand computer operations, problem resolution and training users on new technology resources. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Requirements – Degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Human resources or a related field is preferred. Experience with SQL, Microsoft office applications and Visual Basic a plus.
Manager, Surveys & Information Technology - The primary responsibilities will be executing compensation and benefit survey activities, including development of web based survey platform and marketing of various survey products. Additional responsibilities include managing IT operations for the office, ensuring maximum uptime for network and email systems as well as providing technical support to current users of the network.
Requirements – Degree in Information technology is preferred and a combination of 3-5 years of applicable Human Resources Management/Consulting experience.
