collateral damage productions is looking for a reliable, detail oriented producer to help with their upcoming feature film, "Driver's Ed Mutiny."
The film is a feature-length comedy/drama about three disparate teenagers who need to get from Chicago to LA, each for their own personal reasons.Their only option is to hijack their driver's ed car and embark on a coming-of-age road trip down Route 66.
We are in need of someone to help coordinate schedules, book hotels, organize and help find crew, and help with finding donations and reduced rate items.We have a low budget and are unable to pay any cast or crew.However, for this producer role, we are willing to pay you a portion of any money you save the production.
We will be shooting every weekend of July and August, with one 10-day trip on the road going from Chicago to LA sometime during those two months.We will not have the producer traveling with us on the road but will need them to be available on and off during that time to help liaison with hotels and locations.It would be ideal if you would be available during most of the weekend shoots, but would not be required.
