Do you have some connection to the Michael Reese Hospital on Chicago's South Side?

Maybe you work there (in ANY position) or receive medical care there (or used to), or maybe you're a member of the community it serves who is concerned about the hospital's fate.

If so, I want to hear your story and your thoughts-- and maybe even interview you on camera for a documentary project I'm working on.

I'm a documentary film student at Columbia College Chicago, and I'm working on a short documentary about the hospital- what it's like to work there, be a patient there, and the fate of the hospital given that it might shut down or relocate due to financial trouble.
