Field Service Technician--Job Description
Aqua Service is seeking out an individual with technical experience to provide service and repair for water filtration products in the field. The field service technician provides repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for water filtration equipment and products. The technician’s goal is to provide the maximum amount of service to clients in order to exceed customer expectations.
Essential Job Duties:
Performing all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment.
Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
May assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicating in a positive manner with customers.
Following all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Aqua Service Employment Policies

Minimum Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum two years technical experience
Some plumbing experience preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills and/or Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:
Valid Drivers Lic. (A MUST) with clean record.
Ability to obtain a CDL lic with in first 90 Days of employment.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Must wear safety equipment as required, most tasks require some physical exertion
Ability to lift 50lbs
Starting Salary:
$10/Hr***A review will happen with in the first 90 Days and you may be eligible for
more compensation.
