THE ESQUIRE STAFFING GROUP, LTD. is conducting a search for a Permanent Placement Recruiter to join our growing and successful professional team.

As an ESQUIRE STAFFING Direct Hire Recruiter your responsibility will be:
• To build and manage your applicant/candidate database
• Build client networks and relationships
• Prospect applicants to clients to make successful placements
• Responsible for the full staffing/recruitment process


Responsibilities will include
• Cold calling prospects
• Sales calls
• Networking
• Sourcing, recruiting and screening candidates
• Management of the entire placement process
• Negotiating offers and "closing deals"
• Working with a sense of creativity and urgency
• Will work with a number of online resources to help identify qualified candidates.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years' direct placement experience including acquisition of job offers and the sourcing, screening and selection of qualified candidates
Staffing industry background with a proven success record and diversified recruiting efforts across several industries.
• Specific skills utilizing a variety of resources to generate job leads and a strong candidate pool, includes experience searching job boards on the Internet, networking within the community, prospecting, cold-calling and direct recruitment to identify candidates
• Proven sales experience in a direct recruiting environment
