MANAGER
As a Lush store manager, your primary goal is to be a leader on the sales floor. You task when needed, but delegate whenever possible. You are excited about building a relationship with your community, extending our culture, creating and training a team of Lush experts, maintaining inventory and operation costs, merchandising Lush product to be fresh and clean. You are the Fresh Face of Lush to your customers and your staff. You are motivated to build your business, think outside the box, and be proactive about increasing your traffic, converting your visitors, and making sure that everyone leaves your store with that 'warm and fuzzy' feeling. Proficient and passionate, fluid and flexible, compassionate and professional, the Lush manager knows how to keep it real and live life to the Lush-est.
As a growing company, we are looking for candidates with a strong retail management background for this demanding, challenging and high-performance job.
