Job Description:
The Account Executive will utilize their outside sales skills to generate new business in a Chicago territory downtown. Prospecting for new leads, cold-calling on companies both on the phone and in person, scheduling appointments with decision makers, and making sales presentations will all be part of your daily responsibilities.
Our business is relationship driven. Your ability to quickly establish rapport with human resource professionals and hiring managers in a variety of organizations and at different levels of responsibility will be critical to your success. Understanding the clients business in order to uncover their need for temporary and full time personnel across multiple departments is essential. Establishing lines of communication between the client and our recruiting department will also be important.
Requirements
A variety of backgrounds will be considered for this position, however, you must be able to demonstrate success in building new business, and must have outstanding communication skills both on the phone and in person.
North Bridge Staffing offers an extremely attractive compensation plan, including a base salary (based on experience), and the highest commission payouts in the industry (with no cap).Total earnings could reach $75K the first year and $100K within two years.
