How about a getaway weekend to the San Francisco area? I'll be in Chicago June 25 - 30 and would like to exchange apartment/condo for the long weekend. Preference for a unit with a lake view or within blocks of Lake Michigan.
My place: One bedroom with large deck overlooking harbor in Sausalito. Great views of the bay, harbors, Mt. Tam and Marin Headlands. One block to the bus, three blocks to the beach, six blocks to the ferry. Cafes, restaurants, and markets within blocks. Surrounded by amazing hiking trails and bike paths. Waterways are perfect for kayaking. Bike and kayak rentals nearby. No need to rent a car - Easy access to SFO by Marin Airport shuttle.
