Job Description - You are the eyes and ears representing our growing brand. You will be in charge of all duties that are required to run Dorm2Dorm from an onsite perspective. A school manager is a demanding position with a base hourly salary along with a highly competitive bonus structure.

School Managers are typically in school, seeking part time (seasonal) employment, or supplementing a semi-flexible fulltime job.

As mentioned, the School(s) Manager will be in charge of running the operations on a campus level and or regional level. (depending on your availability, experience, and situation)

You will be given a lot of flexibility and freedom during your contract. One of the perks of this position is your ability to choose your own work schedule.

YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MOVE CUSTOMERS AS A SCHOOL MANAGER.



Tasks - The School(s) Manager will be asked to perform the following tasks:
Forming diplomatic relations with the University
Marketing (posters, flyers, emails, brochures, newspapers, etc.)
Hiring, training, and managing employees
Brainstorming marketing tools
Oversee the move-outs and move-ins of customers
Addressing storage rooms
Running our rental centers
Reporting progress to management
AGAIN, YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MOVE CUSTOMERS AS A SCHOOL MANAGER.



Schedule - Depending on the number of customers being assisted, the School Manager’s hours will vary. Clearly the better job you do marketing Dorm2Dorm’s services the more work you will generate, the most hours you will work, the more money you will make. View a typical school breakdown »

Compensation - School Managers are paid based on an hourly salary plus a performance bonus. Hourly salaries range from $12/hr to $18/hr depending on previous experience.

Directly, you will be paid your hourly salary the 1st and 15th of each month, tips given to teams from clients will be tipped out at the end of the workday, bonuses are paid at the completion of a successful season. (approx. 30 days after move-ins) Learn about our competitive bonus structure »
