The role of Senior Web Developer is an important one at optionMONSTER™. This individual will be developing the initial web-presence of optionMONSTER™ and will influence the initial impression of our customers and prospective customers. The Senior Web Developer will work closely with our Marketing and Product departments to define, create, and implement all content and technologies of the Prospect Website. This individual will also be called upon regularly to assist and advise on other web-based tools and projects.
Requirements
•5-7 years of web development experience
•Expert proficiency in PHP 4.2 and PHP 5.0 required
•Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript required
•Prior success developing web interface ofengaging, data-driven, applications required
•Experience in User Interface Design recommended
•Familiarity with Flash and ActionScript recommended
•Familiarity with common web frameworks such as Struts/Shell/ICEfaces recommended
•Experience in Content Management systems recommended (WordPress, Joomla, MoveableType)
•Experience developing platform independent, cross-browser front User Interfaces required
•Excellent communication skills.
