Showing/Buyers Agent:
We are seeking an energetic licensed buyer’s representative to guide buyers through the nervous but exciting process of buying or renting a new home, investment or commercial property.This is a hand-on fast paced position with the ability to grow a positive financial future.
Qualifications:
- Illinois Real Estate License
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospective buyers, sellers, otheragents, and your team.
- Diligence and articulate approach from beginning to end
- Understanding of Legal Responsibility, Agency and Representation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Honest and kind approach toward consumer fear and need
- Responsible and personable
This position is independent in a day-to-day environment, and requires for the right candidate to be a self starter and self motivator.Your own vehicle, car insurance, and office set up is a must.
Position may be part-time or full-time with the ability to work from home.
This position reports directly to the Broker, but does entail cross communication with Listing Specialist, and transaction facilitator.
This position does require previous real estate knowledge and experience but will train the right candidate. Training is very limited and in real-time.No formal classes provided. On the job training.
