We are seeking a Store Manager who is committed to driving Customer and Associate satisfaction to achieve strategic growth and profitable business results in our Libertyville location.
In this position, you will:
*Create a great place to shop by developing relationships with customers and communities and providing a specialized shopping experience.
*Promote The Runner's Edge Brand with existing community relationships, and by identifying new opportunities.
*Cultivate a positive work environment which focuses on team development, succession planning and strong talent acquisition.
*Partner with sales associates to tailor products to each of our customer's specifications.
*Execute product presentation to the spirit of The Runner's Edge visual and merchandising direction.
*Achieve and deliver profitable sales, payroll and shrink results.
In this position, we require:
*A passion for The Runner's Edge Brand and delivering outstanding customer service.
*Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
*Exceptional communication and problem solving skills, both verbal and written.
*Minimum of two years of store management experience preferably athletic shoe and apparel.
*Strong coaching, training and mentoring abilities.
*Apparel merchandising skills in a specialty environment.
*Local community candidates preferred.
