Overview:
We are currently seeking to add a Telecom Manager to our TTNET™ team. TTNET™ is TT’s fully managed hosting solution for FCMs, trading firms, banks and other institutions that prefer an outsourced solution. The Telecom Manager leads a small team that is responsible for pricing and ordering TTNET™ Telco circuits for backbone, Private IP (PIP), exchange and extranet connectivity as well as assist in planning and implementation of new PIP clients.
Responsibilities:
•Process quoting and ordering for TTNET™ and TT circuits.
•Understand and enforce Telco provisioning standards and processes.
•Track order status.
•Establish and manage telecom vendor relationships.
•Manage turnover to networking.
•Manage installed circuit information.
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience with T1, DS3 and MPLS circuits.
•2+ years of management experience.
•Cisco IOS knowledge and certifications are a plus.
•Basic understanding of networking and IP Protocol.
•Troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to work under extreme pressure.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
