Hi, I'm Lydia, and I have a whole bunch of copies of two vintage "Playboy" issues: February 1968 and November 1968.They're actually much classier than you think -- they contain contemporary interviews, social commentary, and so on as well as the artistic nudes "Playboy" is known for.They're also hilarious and awesome, and I am charging *only $2 per issue*.
You may be thinking, "What will I do with 1968 issues of 'Playboy'?" -- but think of the possibilities:
* You could have a "Playboy" party and give them out as party favors!
* You could sell them to everyone you know for $5 apiece!
* If you happen to work in one of "those" shops, you could run a one-time-only deal for your customers: one vintage "Playboy" per purchase!
* You could buy lots of the same issue and plaster the same centerfold all over one wall, thereby making a collage both titillating and maddening!
These magazines all come from the same place -- a guy who got them directly from the printer in 1968.They're in absolute mint condition: they were never even mailed out in the first place, and they have almost all quietly resided in unopened paper envelopes since their original owner received them.The only wear to afflict them is a *very faint* smell of mildew from the guy's basement, where they were stored.There is no wrinkling, water damage, etc. and they come from a smoke-free home.Again, the faint mildewy smell is literally the *only* flaw, and it's not noticeable at all.
I am only selling these magazines 10 or more at a time (any mix of the two issues is fine) -- sorry, but at $2 apiece it's not worth it to sell fewer at a time.(In fact, I will consider selling fewer than 10 at a time if you're willing to pay more per issue.)I will charge $6 Media Mail or $9 Priority if you want them shipped (I reserve the right to raise shipping prices if you buy a lot); if you live in Hyde Park I will also consider dropping them off at your door for a $5 convenience fee.
